FrSky Tandem TDR10 2.4GHz + 900MHz Dual-Band 10-Channel Receiver
The Tandem dual-band receivers are unlike any other FrSky 2.4GHz or 900MHz receivers, they work simultaneously at both 900MHz and 2.4GHz frequencies. That means Tandem receivers provide not only the low latency signal and long-range control, also benefits from the enhanced level of high reliability and anti-interference performance.
The Tandem series receivers adopt the triple antenna design that provides multi-directional wide coverage for the remote signal. The data (Power & Signal related) under unusual status during the flight can be recorded by Tandem receivers through a built-in black box module.
The configurable 10 channel ports are a big feature of TD R10, each channel port can be assigned as PWM, SBUS, FBUS, or S.Port. With the FBUS protocol, the Tandem series receivers can open up the possibility of seamlessly pairing with multiple telemetry devices (Neuron ESC, Advance Sensors, etc.) as well as simplifying the builds setup.

Why We Recommend This
The TDR10 is the clean, no-gyro Tandem choice for FPV jets, scale aircraft with a flight controller, or any build where you want dual-band Tandem coverage without adding onboard stabilization processing. FPV Builds RC provides U.S.-based product support, receiver-selection assistance, and setup guidance for FrSky products purchased through our store.
Frequently Asked Questions:Which FrSky transmitters are compatible with the TDR10?
The TDR10 is compatible with all FrSky Tandem series transmitters: X18, X18S, X18SE, X18RS, X20, X20S, X20RS, X20 Pro, X20 Pro AW, and X20 R. Any radio running the Tandem (TD) protocol or a TD-capable RF module will bind to this receiver. See our transmitter lineup at https://www.fpvbuildsrc.com/frsky-transmitters
What is the difference between the TDR10 and the TD SR10?
Both are 10-channel Tandem dual-band receivers. The TD SR10 ADV adds a built-in gyro/accelerometer stabilizer for self-leveling flight modes. The TDR10 is the non-stabilized version — the right choice for aircraft with a dedicated flight controller or builds where you want direct control without onboard gyro processing.
What is the Tandem dual-band system?
Tandem receivers operate on 900MHz and 2.4GHz simultaneously — both bands are live at the same time, not failover. 2.4GHz delivers fast, low-latency control; 900MHz extends range and punches through interference, giving you reliable control in congested flying environments.
How do the 10 configurable channel ports work?
Each of the TDR10's 10 ports can be independently set as PWM, SBUS Out, FBUS, or S.Port in ETHOS. CP1 can also serve as SBUS In for signal redundancy — connect a second receiver here for a dual-receiver failsafe setup.
What is FBUS and how do I wire it?
FBUS is FrSky's bidirectional digital bus — one wire carries servo commands out and sensor telemetry back. Assign a channel port to FBUS mode in ETHOS, then connect ADV sensors or a Neuron ESC. Sensor data streams live to your radio screen with no S.Port hub needed.
Does the TDR10 support OTA firmware updates?
Yes. Firmware updates are delivered over-the-air from your Tandem transmitter via ETHOS — no USB cable required.
Does FPV Builds RC offer setup support for the TDR10?
Yes — we're a U.S.-based FrSky dealer happy to help with binding and FBUS setup. Browse our full FrSky receiver range at https://www.fpvbuildsrc.com/frsky-receivers
