The ZOHD Altus FPV airplane offers cutting-edge technology for those enthusiasts seeking unmatched performance and versatility. The Altus combines state-of-the-art technology with a practical design and offers an unparalleled flying experience. This portable design is very easy to assemble, no glue is required, and the wings and tail are detachable making it very easy to transport, even in a backpack for when trekking to those out-of-the-way places.

The Altus has been designed specifically for FPV flying, its nose camera bay is large enough to take the popular HD Action cameras on the market today such as GoPro, DJI, and RunCam. Other features include aerodynamic gear bays in both wings, a highly efficient NACA cooling system to keep all the equipment performing at its best, and a tough EPP construction with CF spar and boom which gives it remarkable crash resistance. The Altus also has CF pushrods with a high-quality ball link system, which provides an agile, and quick response to your control input commands. Another feature is that the servo arms have built-in protection to protect the servo in the event of a hard impact.

Being Plug-N-Fly (PNF), the Altus is supplied with twin 2204-1870KV brushless motors, twin 30A brushless ESCs with 5V 2A BEC, 2 x R42 3-blade props, and 4 x 9g metal-geared servos. The recommended battery (not supplied) is a 4S 2200~3700mAh LiPo pack or similar.
